Timely solutions to fit your schedule
MaxBuild works with building owners, councils, government organisations, and body corporates to ensure grouting and screeding works are carried out on the required timeline. Whether it’s working around the hours the building or structure is in use, or coordinating with the schedule of other contractors, our flexibility around working times means your project runs as smoothly as possible.
Our workmanship guarantee
At MaxBuild, we pride ourselves on top quality workmanship. That means we back our work 100%. We promise we will always come back and fix it, in a timely manner, if there are any issues.
Precision grouting to stabilise, strengthen and protect
MaxBuild are experienced in all aspects of grouting, whether it's to provide a stable platform for machinery or for under bridge bearing pads to maintain the structural integrity of the bridge structure.
We use a range of grouting general and high performance solutions for different situations that provide:
Our experienced applicators have a thorough understanding of civil structures and extensive product knowledge of various grouting solutions. MaxBuild has developed relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure that we can find the best solution for your project needs.
Pressure grouting
Where there is restricted access under the bridge beam, the normal method of pouring the selected grout is not possible. MaxBuild’s experienced installers can use pressure grouting to fill the voids with dry pack grout.
Screeding and leveling for longer lasting flooring
MaxBuild’s skilled tradespeople can undertake large or small projects where screeding or self leveling floor toppings are required.
Preparing high quality substrates for durable flooring
Flooring poses a number of challenges during construction which can derail a project. Choosing a team of skilled trades people is vital to guarantee:
MaxBuild’s experienced team of applicators will ensure the right product is chosen for your substrate, and the preparation and application will meet the building requirements.
Screeding
Flooring surfaces in industrial buildings and other high mechanical load exposure areas often require rapid high-strength development, abrasion resistance, compressive strength, flexural strength, and a finish compatible with the industrial process.
If these conditions are not met, the durability of the flooring and substrate beneath it will be compromised. Screeding is used to form a level surface, the substrate which the flooring (final covering) will be laid on.
Therefore choosing the correct product to make the substrate (for the service conditions), quality of preparation and applications, and curing time are all crucial to ensure the durability and longevity of the final surface.
Self leveling floor toppings
Self-leveling compound is typically used to create a flat and smooth surface with a compressive strength similar to or higher than that of traditional concrete prior to installing interior floor coverings. In contrast to traditional concrete, self leveling compounds do not require the addition of excessive amounts of water for placement. Self-leveling compounds have increased in popularity as the degree of flatness and smoothness required for floor covering products has increased.
